1. Digital Services Only
Wide Grid Software and Technologies (SMC-Private Limited) provides digital software design and development services. We do not sell or ship physical products.
2. No Physical Shipping
Because all deliverables are digital, no shipping, courier or postal service is involved. No physical shipping charges apply to any of our packages.
3. Delivery Method
Completed work is delivered through one or more of the following channels, as agreed with the client:
- Email (source files, credentials, documentation)
- Git repository (GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket)
- Deployment to the client's hosting server
- Google Drive or another agreed cloud storage
- Client project portal
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Starter websites: 2 – 3 weeks
- Professional websites: 3 – 5 weeks
- Enterprise websites: 6 – 10 weeks
- Mobile applications: 6 – 12 weeks
- Custom software / ERP / CRM: 3 – 6 months
- Enterprise platforms: 4 – 9 months
- Shopify stores: 2 – 5 weeks
Final timelines are confirmed in writing at the end of the discovery phase.
5. Revision Policy
Each package includes a set number of revisions per milestone as stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Support Duration
Every package includes a post-launch support window (from 1 month up to 6 months depending on the tier). Extended support and maintenance retainers can be arranged separately.
